STAFF TECHNICAL SUPPORTJakarta Raya

Responsibilities : Technical support work involves helping system problems over the phone, by e-mail, solving problems directly or through a remote desktop computer to solving problems and perform diagnostic checks. Also should have knowledge of computer system or software program, and is required to direct the check through the troubleshooting process and communicate or coordinate with relevant departments such as IT, Vendor, Project Management. Managing the application as an administrator to perform adding of user login Inventory and routine checks all of devices (computer hardware, telephony set, etc) which owned by department or division Manage and update the content of the application from existing knowledge base to keep it updated and running smoothly

Requirements : Male / Female Formal education in “Teknik Informatika or Manajemen Informatika. At least a bachelor's degree in information Age maximum 29 th Minimum 1 year minimum experience as Technical Support prefered Enough to understand the concept of a network (LAN) Understand Troubleshooting Hardware Understand and proficient operation of the O/S Windows & Linux Resilient, communicative, able to work independently and in a team Capable in English, at least passive English Willing to work over time and Ready 24 hour on call for duty
